OneX SA started in 2017 with a simple idea — make SA riders look factory without paying factory prices. Off-the-shelf suits don't always fit the way a serious racer needs, and a comfortable rider is a fast rider.

Every OneX suit is fully custom, airbag compatible, and built to your exact measurements. Whether you're racing circuit, drag strip, or road — 1-piece, 2-piece, ladies, kids — every build is unique to you.

Our riders compete on grids across the USA, Brazil, Australia, UK, Spain, France and South Africa, in championships including WSS, WSS 300, BSB, Isle of Man TT, Moto America and Spanish CIV.

Custom orders

How to order a custom suit

Every custom suit is built from scratch to your body and your design. Here's how the process works:

Step 1
Choose your leather
Decide between Cowhide or Kangaroo leather. Kangaroo is lighter and stronger — the choice of most race competitors.
Step 2–4
Quote & payment
Request a quote via WhatsApp. Once confirmed, an invoice is issued. Payment is upfront and in full to lock in your build slot.
Step 5
Design sign-off
Work with us to finalise your design — colours, logos, panel layout. No limits on customisation.
Steps 6–9
Measurements
You'll receive a detailed measuring chart. Take measurements wearing your full undersuit and back protector, double-check them, then send everything through to us via WhatsApp.
